Cookie Policy

01

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Some websites also use similar technologies, such as “local storage”, to remember information in your browser. Together these help a site work properly and, where you allow it, help the site owner understand how the site is used.

02

How we use cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum. When you first visit, our cookie banner asks whether you are happy to allow non-essential (analytics) cookies. Nothing non-essential runs until you choose “Accept”. You can change your choice at any time using the preferences icon at the bottom-left of every page, or the button at the end of this page.

We manage this using the Silktide Consent Manager together with Google Consent Mode, so your choice is respected before any analytics are loaded.

The three “stcm” items are stored in your browser’s local storage rather than as traditional cookies, but we list them here for full transparency.

04

Managing your cookie preferences

You are always in control. You can:

  • accept or reject analytics cookies when the banner first appears;
  • reopen your preferences at any time using the cookie icon at the bottom-left of the screen, or the button above; and
  • block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site (such as booking) may not work as well if you do.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
